Introduction
When connected to ODM’s VIS 300 USB or VCM 410 USB module field connector inspection
system, the ODM VIS Image Manager Software (IMS) allows the user to inspect and save fiber
connector endface images and pertinent data.

Software Requirements

Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or newer
Windows Driver Requirements
 Imager support.
o
Videology driver for ODM VIS-300 or VCM-410.
 Serial Port Support
o If ODM’s RP-460 power meter is to be used, FTDI serial port driver.
IMS Installation
CD Installation
1. Insert the ODM VIS Image Manager CD into a PC running Windows XP, Windows
Vista or Windows 7.
2. Open the folder on the CD containing setup.exe.
3. Double-click setup.exe and following the software installation instructions below.
Web Installation
1. Download the ODM VIS Image Manager from: http://www.odm-
inc.com/support/downloads into a folder on the PC.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file into a new folder.
3. Double click setup.exe and follow the software installation instructions below.
