Flux Application: CircuitWorks

No-Clean

Tacky Flux should only be applied to BGA
rework areas on the circuit board, and not the
entire board. Remove cap from syringe and
gently depress the plunger. Spread the
material over the BGA application area. Use a
Control Wipe

 dry wipe to remove flux

buildup from applicator tip.

Cleaning: No-Clean Tacky Flux residue does
not need to be removed after reflow, but can
be removed if required. Chemtronics Flux-
Off

No Clean Plus is an ideal cleaner for

effective flux removal.

Product Regulations, South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD)
Rule 102 and the Federal definition published in 40 CFR 51.100(s).
Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) are not currently regulated.
