INTRODUCTION
The TERRAILLON body fat scale is designed and manufactured in a facility certified ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001
Environment, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management Systems. The scale uses the method of Bioelectrical
Impedance Analysis (BIA) to estimate body fat and total body water.
Read this instruction manual carefully and keep it handy for future reference.

Fitness Coach Initial complies with
all the requirements of NF standard E12-020, the standard for body fat
analyzer performance designed for use by the general public. Tests were carried out by an independent
laboratory:
Endurance test compliance: precision and accuracy of the displayed weight after 10,000 weigh-ins
Climatic test compliance: Performance maintained after the following preliminary settings to simulate the
bathroom environment:
15°C and 40% humidity
30°C and 85% humidity
Validation by clinical trial of the method used to calculate the body mass of a non-athletic adult
population (bone mass, water mass and muscular mass not validated). In all cases, assessment of the body mass
amount via body fat analysis is a measurement method for weight and body fat analysis that uses a statistical model.
