Chapter 9 - Using Messages
With the Auto PC Messages program and the optional wireless receiver
hardware, you can receive and listen to messages over the airwaves.
Messages lets you know when you’ve received important information, and
reads it to you. The information available from Auto PC Messages
depends on your content provider, but can include Traffic, News and E-
Mail.
If you’re interrupted while reviewing your messages, Messages
remembers where you were, and comes back to the message for you to
continue where you left off.
“Message alert” lets you know when you’ve received a message.
To turn the message alert tone on or off, see Changing Auto PC Sounds
in the Customizing Your Auto PC chapter.
