Clearing jams
Removing a jammed document from the machine
Follow this procedure to remove a jammed document.
1
Remove the printing paper and the multi-purpose tray.

Lift the operation panel gently until it locks into position.
3
Lift the green release levers (on both sides).
4
Remove the jammed document.
Pull out the document either forward or backward.
5
Put the release levers back into position.
6
Take out any slack in the film.
7
Close the operation panel gently until it clicks into place.
The LCD display may show
follow steps 6 to 7 again.
