Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large
work bowl of the Cuisinart

Food Processor. Process
the parsley, lemon zest, salt, and garlic together, about
6 seconds. Scrape bowl and repeat. Add remaining
ingredients and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
Scrape bowl and process again to fully incorporate all
ingredients.
