HEADLIGHT AND RIGID HEADBAND
The Welch Allyn Fiber Optic Headlight is guaranteed against all defects in materials and
workmanship. Welch Allyn will repair or replace, free of charge, any component found to
be defective for reasons other than misuse, neglect, damage in shipment, or normal
wear. This headlight assembly warranty is in effect for three years from date of
purchase.

Guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship upon delivery.
