2.8 Setting the Shrink Calculation
1. Press the More=> softkey.
2. Press the Shrink Calculation softkey.
3. Select either Off Gross Weight or After Dockage softkeys.
• Selecting Off Gross Weight will calculate the shrink off gross weight,
• Selecting After Dockage will calculate the shrink after dockage has been removed.
The default value is off gross weight.
2.9 Selecting the Printer Port
1. Press the Printer Port softkey.
2. The indicator will display the current printer port. Press a softkey to change the printer port.
The default is port 2, if a keyboard is used the printer must be connected to a different serial port.
2.10 Removing Trucks
1. Single trucks may be removed from the database by pressing the Remove Trucks softkey.
2. Scroll through the truck database using the Previous and Next softkeys.
3. To remove a truck, press the Delete softkey.
4. The indicator prompts Are You Sure You Want To Delete? . Press the Yes softkey to remove the truck from the
database or No to leave it alone.
5. To exit this mode, press the Exit=> softkey.
2.11 Editing the Message
When a weigh out ticket is printed without a contract, a message is printed. This message may be edited from the
supervisor mode.
1. Press the Message softkey.
2. The indicator will prompt Enter Message. Enter message on the upper status line, the end of the greeting
will be displayed on the lower status line.
3. Clear the message by pressing the CLR key. A new message can be entered, then press the enter key.
