2.0 Operation
2.1 Truck Weighing
1. After a truck pulls onto the scale, press the Weigh softkey.
2. The indicator prompts Enter Truck Id . Enter in the truck ID, then press the enter key.
3. If the ID is new then the weigh in weight will be printed out port #1.
4. If the ID is found then the indicator will prompt
Enter Grain No. Enter the grain number, then press the enter
key. If the grain is not valid the indicator will prompt Not Defined Re-Enter .
5. If the grain is valid then the indicator will prompt Enter % Shrink . Enter the shrink percentage, then press
the enter key.
6. The indicator prompts Enter % Dockage . Enter the dockage percent, then press the enter key.
7. The indicator prompts Enter % FM . Enter the foreign material percentage, then press the enter key.
8. The indicator prompts Enter % Moisture . Enter the moisture percentage, then press the enter key.
9. The indicator prompts Is This a Contract , select Yes or No softkey.
• If the No softkey is pressed the weigh out ticket will be printed.
• If the Yes softkey is pressed then the indicator prompts Enter Contract Number.
10. Enter the contract number, then press the enter key.
• If the contract number is found the weigh out ticket will be printed with the contract information.
• If the contract number is not found then the indicator will prompt On Fly Enter Contract ID .
• Enter the contract number that was not found, then press the enter key. The indicator will then prompt
Enter Amount Required .
11. Enter the required bushels for the contract, then press the enter key. The weigh out ticket with the contract
information will be printed.
If the enter key is pressed when the operator is prompted for a value the value will be set to 0. The indicator is
programmed for the TM-U295 Printer.
