Series 5500 Outside Glazed Installation Instructions

After each frame unit assembly is complete, wipe off all

excess sealant and allow the frame unit to cure.

Apply a generous bead of

sealant to the ends of the

horizontal mullion to a
minimum of 1” back from

the face of the horizontal

glazing pocket.

OR

Optional Gasket seal

Section II: Frame Unit Assembly & Frame Sealing

Install gasket to each end of horizontal before attaching to vertical. Trim excess gasket material after assembly
