I NSTALLING THE P IT C OVER S UPPORTS AND T HETA C ONTROLLER
1 Loosely secure the pit cover supports to the frame using two 1/4-20 x 3/4-inch
button-head flange screws for each support.
Note: Do not tighten the screws.
2 Verify the pit cover supports are flush with the top of the pit floor before you
tighten the screws.

Place a straight edge across the pit cover supports.
2b With the pit cover supports tight against the straight edge, tighten the
screws.
Note: You can use c-clamps to attach the upright to the straight edges to make
this quicker. Tighten the c-clamps until the pit cover supports are flush with the
pit floor.

Remove the straight edge.
