Sets up serial protocol function.
Sets delay (in ms) per character upon printing.
Sets delay (in ms ) per Linefeed.
Minimum block-out with zero at 0.1% F.S. in Tracking Mode.
Minimum block-out with zero at 1.0% F.S. in Peak-Hold Mode.
