9. If the C1 calibration was successful, the display will show "EndC1" momentarily, followed by
"C 2" for the second calibration point.
10. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for C2 and C3. At the conclusion of C3, the scale reverts back up to F17.
NOTE: If you wish to use only one calibration point (C1), simply press the UNITS key when
prompted for C2 and C3.
11. Once C1 through C3 have been calibrated, the scale prompts “AJ-CAL”. At this point, you may
press UNITS to exit to normal operating mode or you may push the SAMPLE key to enter the
Adjust Calibration mode.
12. Place a test weight on the scale.
13. If the weight does not match, press the UNITS/SET key and the right most digit blinks. Use the
UP or DOWN arrow keys to adjust the displayed weight to the test weight value.
14. Press the UNITS/SET key to accept and return to the AJ-CAL screen.
15. Repeat 11 – 14 for other weight values or press UNITS/SET again to exit to weighing mode.
If the calibration was
not
successful, one of the error messages below will appear. Take the
indicated action to correct the problem, then perform a new calibration.
"Err0"
- The calibration test weight or the adjusted keyed-in weight is larger than full scale.
Change the calibration test weight or check the keyed-in weight.
"Err1"
- The calibration test weight or the adjusted keyed-in weight is smaller than 10% of full
scale. Change the calibration test weight or check the keyed-in weight.
"Err2"
- Check keyed-in weight with the actual weight placed on platform.

ACCESSING CALIBRATION ADJUST PROCEDURE FROM F MENU
1.
This is an after scale calibration function that may be accessed directly from the “F” menu or
as described above in 6.2. If using from the “F” menu., be sure to have completed either single
or multi point calibration procedures before proceeding. This is not a substitution for scale
calibration but is a fine tuning tool to make small compensation adjustments.
2.
Experienced service technicians may use the calibration adjustment feature to make fine
adjustments for critical applications.
3.
Refer the to the “F” menu procedures and use F24.
4.
Press the DOWN ARROW key.
5.
The scale shows a regular scale display.
6.
Place a test weight on the scale and view the results.
7.
If the weight is slightly off, press the SET key and the right most digit blinks.
8.
Use the UP or DOWN arrow key to adjust the digit.
9.
Press SET to store and return to F24.
10.
Repeat procedure with additional weight to adjust linearity.
11. Press the DOWN arrow key to exit to weighing mode.
