To erase all messages in a mailbox

Press and hold (ERASE)

Press the mailbox number
(( MAILBOX1 ). or (D) you
want to erase.
A long confirmation beep sounds
and all messages in the mailbox
selected are erased.

Tip
It there are messages which have not been played back yei. you will hear five short
error beeps and the guidance.
To erase individual message in a mailbox
During playing back the message you want to erase, press ( ERASE).
A long confirmation beep sounds and the message is erased.

You can also erase individual message by using the handsel (see page 32).
