INSTALLATION
Detach the stock bolt and washer that is used for installation.
Torque 9.8～11.8N・m (1.0～1.2kg・m)
・The oil pan (sump) capacity must be enlarged to accomodate the increased flow rate of the oversized Oil Pump.

CAUTION
■ Before the initial test drive, check for any signs of oil leaks from the engine and surrounding area.
If there is insufficient engine oil in the engine, there will be a possible risk of terminal engine failure.
■ The earlier RB26 engine has a thinner crankshaft neck (BNR32 Pre August 1991). This Oil Pump is not
compatible with that early model (Zenki) crankshaft.
You will need to use the late model (Kouki) RB26 Crankshaft (Nissan Genuine Part Number: 12200-05U03).
This crankshaft was used in models with RB26 engines that were made after August 1991.
OIL PRESSURE ADJUSTMENTS
The Oil Pressure can be adjusted via the external regulator plug.
The following illustration will show how it can be done.

Torque : 39.2～68.6N・m (4.0～7.0kgm)
Factory Preset
When the settings are changed, a new part must be
used (Must not be re-used)
Adjustments are made with the number of sheets used.
Remove this spring,
when using Shims,
