Disconnect the battery extension board from system board connector and lift the battery extension board out of the computer base.
Replacing the Battery Extension Board

Follow the procedures in
Before You Begin

Align the battery extension board with the system board connector and press the battery extension board in place.
3.
Replace the screw that secures the battery extension board to the computer base.
4.
Replace the tapes to secure the USB module cable and the speaker cables to the battery extension board.
