Installation Procedure
Step 1.
Login to the installation machine as root.
Step 2.
Copy the software release on your machine
Step 3.
Un-tar the software release.
Step 4.
Change directory to the distribution specific subdirectory.
Step 5.
Run the installation script (example).
For specific installation instructions, please refer to the applicable software download
on the Dell su
host1# tar -xvf MLNX_OFED_LINUX-
host1# cd /MLNX_OFED_LINUX-
../install.sh
This program will install the MLNX_OFED_LINUX package on your machine.
Note that all other Mellanox, OEM, OFED, or Distribution IB packages will be removed.
