Removing the Microprocessor Thermal-Cooling Assembly

Follow the instructions in
Before You Begin

Loosen the three captive screws securing the microprocessor module cover, then remove the cover and set it aside.
3.
Loosen the four captive screws securing the microprocessor thermal- cooling assembly to the system board, then carefully lift the assembly straight out
of the computer.

NOTICE:
To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface, such
