NAME
Registers the other party's name (max. 16
characters, including spaces).
3. GROUP DIAL
Registers the information on group dialing. (See
"Registering Group Dialing," on p. 3-6.) Up to 12
destinations can be registered.
TEL NUMBER ENTRY
Registers the other party's fax/telephone numbers
by specifying the one-touch speed dialing keys or
coded speed dialing codes.
NAME
Registers the other party's name (max. 16
characters, including spaces).
USER SETTINGS
The basic operation settings in the Fax mode can
be specified.
1. USER TEL NUMBER
Your fax/telephone number can be registered
within 20 digits, including spaces. (See
"Registering Your Fax/Telephone Number and
Name," on p. 2-4.)
2. UNIT NAME
You can register your name or your company
name within 24 characters, including spaces.
(See "Registering Your Fax/Telephone Number
and Name," on p. 2-4.)
3. TTI POSITION
OUTSIDE IMAGE: Terminal ID is printed outside
the image border.
INSIDE IMAGE: Terminal ID is printed inside the
image border.
4. TEL LINE TYPE
Selects the telephone line type. (See "Setting the
Telephone Line Type," on p. 2-6.)
1. TOUCH TONE
The telephone line is set for touch tone dialing.
2. ROTARY PULSE
The telephone line is set for rotary pulse dialing.
REPORT SETTINGS
Sets the settings related to report functions.
1. TX REPORT
Enables/disables automatic printing of a
transmission report.
PRINT ERROR ONLY
Prints a report only when a transmission error
occurs.
OUTPUT YES
Prints a report every time you send a document.
OUTPUT NO
No report is printed.
2. RX REPORT
Enables/disables automatic printing of a reception
report.
OUTPUT NO
No report is printed.
PRINT ERROR ONLY
Prints a report only when a reception error occurs.
