Setting line feed rate of minimum pitch

[Outline]
The line feed rate per line is specified by n/360 inch.
Since an actual mechanical pitch is 1/203 inch, it is internally converted
approximate to the value specified with this command.
[Default]
·The initial value is n = 60 (1/6 inch) (18H), being 4.23 mm line feed rate.

· Even when the printer has not been selected, it can become BUSY state
through printer operation.
· When the printer is deselected, this printer discards all the data until it is
selected with this command.
