Technical Information
3.1. Sensitivity with Laser Scanning
When scanned on the Molecular Imager FX system, an SDS-PAGE gel stained
with Flamingo fluorescent gel stain should exhibit a limit of sensitivity in the range
of 0.25–0.5 ng (Fig. 2).
