EVO X - THROTTLE BODY
INSTALLATION MANUAL
MATERIALS REQUIRED
None
3 Remove the air filter housing. 4 Disconnect the throttle body wire
harness.
5 Remove the air supply hose. 6 Disconnect the coolant lines and remove
the throttle body. 7 Loop the coolant line back to the engine
block. 8 Remove the throttle body cover.
9 Remove the spur gear.

Remove the servo motor and the wave
spring.

Parts that will be reused with the Boomba
Racing Throttle Body.

Place the wave spring inside of the
throttle body housing.
TOOLS REQUIRED
M10 socket wrench
M12 socket wrench
Flat screw driver
Phillips screw driver Pliers
6 mm Allen wrench
T20 safety TOX
2 Remove the air filter assembly. 1 Disconnect the battery terminals.
