Boomba Racing 2.0L Focus EcoBoost Blow Off Valve - Manual

FORD FOCUS ST BLOW OFF VALVE
INSTALLATION MANUAL
MATERIALS REQUIRED
None
1 Remove plastic vacuum hose from rubber
adaptor on the top of valve cover (leave
rubber adaptor in place). 1 When lifting the car
always use stands to
secure the car. 2 Remove the right front wheel. 3 Pry off the solenoid valve of the bracket.
Remove the vacuum line. 4 Remove the factory blow of valve.
5 Wipe out oil residue from the bottom of
the turbo housing. 6 Cut lower right corner of the solenoid
valve bracket. 7 8 Boomba Blow Off Valve ready for
installation.
9 Place the Boomba Blow Off Valve in the
turbo housing. Secure it in position with
M6x20 screw placed in the lower right
corner. Do not tighten the screw yet.

Prepare the solenoid bracket for
installation.

Install the solenoid bracket. Tighten all of
the mounting screws.
TOOLS REQUIRED
Set of car stands
M5 long allen wrench
Large flat screw driver
Needle nose pliers Metal saw

Install the solenoid valve. Connect the
blow off valve vacuum line.
