RTC. The real time clock
Time can be set from the TOD generator or edited

The brightness of the display can be set
Auto off function can be turned on or off.
Note: use a display brightness that is required, not brighter. This
conserves power and prolongs display life.
RED Logging filter and TC spot check can be set (only in logging mode)
