6 Mounting Clips

Install the Mounting Clips
Mounting clips are required to install the monitors directly into a panel or rack.
These are the number of mounting clips required for installation.
• For 1550M and 1750M monitors: 10 mounting clips
• For the 1950M monitor: 12 mounting clips
To install the mounting clips:
1. Slide the mounting clips into the slots on the top, bottom, and sides of the
monitor.
2. Tighten the clips by hand, in the specified sequence, until the gasket is
compressed uniformly against the panel.
3. Tighten the mounting clips to a torque of 1.1 Nm (10 lb-in.) using the
sequence in step 2.
Do not over-tighten.
ATTENTION
Tighten the mounting clips to the specified torque to provide a
proper seal and prevent damage to the product. Rockwell
Automation assumes no responsibility for water or chemical
damage to the product or other equipment within the
enclosure because of improper installation.
