Time Recorder Extension Module Chapter 2
Range1 (g)
The expected maximum amplitude range value for channel X
measurement.
2…2000
X Type
Sets the vibration measurement type used on channel X.
Your selection determines the available options and engineering units for
subsequent set-up parameters.
This parameter is available only when Input is set to X & Y.
Tip: If you want to take more than 2 channel recording you’ll need the
cable. for more than 2 channels, you must use the cable,
cat. no. 1441-DYN25-CBL2CH. When using this cable the
parameters change to offer up to 4 sets of data.

Sens2
The sensitivity of the transducer in millivolts (mv) per Engineering Units
for channel Y.
This parameter is available only when Input is set to channels X & Y.
The sensitivity value is included with the transducer’s documentation or it
may be imprinted on the side of the transducer.
mV/EU
Range2 (g)
The expected maximum amplitude range value for the channel Y
measurement.
This parameter is available only when Input is set to channels X & Y.
2…2000
Freq Range (Fmax)
The maximum frequency for the measurement. It affects the maximum
recording time and sample frequency. Your Input selection determines the
maximum value to be entered.
• X- 20 kHz maximum Freq Range
• X & Y - 15 kHz maximum Freq Range for each channel
• X & Y & Z - 10 kHz
• X & Y & Z & R -10 Khz
Tacho inputs affect maximum recording time.
1000.00 Hz (default)
Save To
Sets the location where recorded data is saved.
Save the recorded data to the SD card if the .wav files are large. Your
selection affects the maximum recording time.
Internal (default)
Card
Rec. Time (s)
The number of seconds to record the time waveform signal.
tip: The max Rec.Time is automatically calculated from the amount of free
space available to store the data.
Tip: The maximum Rec.Time is automatically calculated from the amount
of free space available to store the data
Rec. Mode
The method for initiating the data recording. The Record mode works
with the value you set in the Trig. Level parameter.
• Manual - Manually start the data recording by pressing F2 (Rec).
• X Level - The recording starts once the unit reaches the amplitude
value entered in the Trig. Level parameter.
Manual (default)
X Level
Trig. Level (g)
When Rec. Mode is set to X level, the signal level of channel X
automatically triggers and starts the recording.
1.00 (default)
