INSTALLATION
8) Remove the burner by removing 3
screws.
9) Slide burner forward and lift up and out.
16) Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG
stamped #56 and tighten.
17) Proceed to Section B.
Section B:
For P33SE-4 & HZI234E:
5) Remove the crystals.
6) Remove panels, if installed.
7) Lift out the bottom tray.

10) Pull off the pilot hood cover.
11) Loosen 2 screws to release pilot hood.
12) Slide pilot hood forward, then pull up and
off.
13) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot
orifi ce.
14) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allen
key and replace with the LPG pilot orifi ce
in the kit and replace pilot cap.
15) Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2"
wrench and discard. Use another wrench
to hold on to the elbow below
the orifi ce.
1) Remove and discard 2 Pressure regulator
screws A (T20 or slot), Pressure Regulator
B, Spring and Diaphragm C.
2) Ensure the rubber gasket, which is prefi t-
ted as part of the assembly, is properly
positioned.
Install the new Pressure Regulator using
the 2x M4 x .7 screws supplied. Tighten
the screws to 25lb-in. In the event that
the screw threads are cross threaded or
stripped, replace the valve assembly.
