INSTALLATION
THIS CONVERSION MUST BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED GAS FITTER
IF IN DOUBT DO NOT DO THIS CONVERSION !!
Each Kit contains one LPG

Installation of the LPG
Conversion Kit:
P33SE-4 Only
1) Shut off the gas supply.
2) a) Remove the Faceplate by lifting it off
of the fl ush door.
b) Remove the fl ush door.
c) Remove the Glass Crystals or
Ceramic Stones. Also remove
Stainless Steel Panels - if installed.
d) Remove the 2 screws holding the
Burner Assembly to the fi rebox base.
Lift out the burner assembly.
3) With Burner Assembly removed, lift out
fi rebox base.
9) Proceed to section B.
Firebox base
1) Unplug the power source and shut off
gas supply.
2) Open the left and right side faceplate
panels.
3) Remove the bottom louver by pulling out.
4) Remove the glass door.
a) Pull off the left side spring hook that
holds the door in place. While holding
the hook turn it upside down and place it
into the middle opening on the top side
mounting bracket. Repeat for right side.
b)
Swing the door out 45 degrees and
lift up and out.
Installation of the LPG
Conversion Kit:
HZI234E Only
4) Remove the pilot cover to expose the pilot
cap.
5) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot
orifi ce.
7) Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2"
wrench and discard. Use another
wrench to hold on to the elbow below
the orifi ce.

8) Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG
stamped #56 and tighten.
6) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allen
key and replace with the LPG pilot orifi ce
in the kit and replace pilot cap.
