b) Anbringen des Abdrehproben-Sets

• Besorgen Sie sich eine Präzisionswaage und einen

Behälter.

• Sich vor Durchführung der Abdrehprobe vergewissern,

daß sich niemand in Nähe der Drillmaschine aufhält.

• Vorgangsweise

a . Kippwanne öffnen

b . Schraubknöpfe aufschrauben und anheben

c . Kippwanne unter die Saatgutverteilung

schieben

d . Kurbel

an der oberen Achse des Radarms

oder am Regler ansetzen.

• Prüfen, ob die benutzten Verteilungen eingeschaltet sind.

• Die Abdrehprobe gemäß den Anweisungen der nächsten

Seiten durchführen.

• Das Saatgut der Wanne durch leichtes Anheben des Hebels

der Entleerungsklappe entnehmen

• Die Einspritzdüsen wieder schließen.

• Die Mulde wieder in Gehäusestellung bringen.

b) Setting up the calibration test

• Use accurate scales and a container.

• Before carrying out the test, check that there is no-one

around the seed drill.

• Procedure:

a . Open the tray

b . Undo the adjustment screw

and remove

c . Slide the tray underneath the distribution

assembly

d . Take the crank

and place it with the upper

axle of the right-hand wheel arm or with the
variator

• Check that the metering devices used are engaged.

• Carry out the calibration check in line with the

recommendations on the following pages.

• Lifting the shutter handle slightly makes it easier to remove

the seed from the tray

• Close the injectors.

• Bring the trough back to the guard position.

b) Mise en place de l’essai de débit

• Procurez-vous une balance précise et un récipient.

• Avant d’effectuer votre essai, vérifier qu’il n’y ait personne

près du semoir.

• Démarche

a . Ouvrir l’auget

b . Dévisser les molettes

et lever.

c . Pousser l’auget sous la distribution

d . Prendre la manivelle

et la placer au niveau

de l'axe supérieur du bras de roue droit ou au
variateur.

• Vérifier que les distributions utilisées soient enclenchées.

• Effectuer votre essai de débit suivant les

recommandations des pages suivantes.

• Pour vider plus facilement la semence de l'auget, utiliser la

trappe en soulevant légèrement la poignée

• Refermer les injecteurs.

• Remettre l’auget en position carter.
