Steuerung
a) Manuelle Hydraulik-Steuerung
Der DPA XL erfordert zwei einfachwirkende Anschlüsse auf
dem Schlepper:
Ein einfachwirkender Anschluß zum Heben oder Senken
des DPA XL-Rads.
Zum Inbetriebsetzen der Verteilung den entsprechenden
Hydrauliksteuerhebel des Schleppers auf den Ölrücklauf
stellen. Abschaltung durch Druckanlegen.
Die Armhubgeschwindigkeit muß mit dem Drosselventil
auf dem Anschlußschlauch eingestellt werden.
Ein einfachwirkender Anschluß mit Steuerschieber auf der
Schlepperrückseite zum Abschalten der Schieber.
• Streuen nur auf linker Seite (Abschalten der rechten
Verteilung)
- am blauen Hebel ziehen,
- das entsprechende Hydrauliksteuerventil (Öldruck)
betätigen,
- zum beidseitigen Streuen den Schlepperhebel
(Ölrücklauf) betätigen und blauen Hebel drücken.
• Streuen nur auf rechter Seite (Abschalten der linken Verteilung)
- wie oben, aber roten Hebel betätigen.
Anmerkung: Vor Einschalten der beiden Verteilungen die
Hydraulikleitung gut entleeren und die Ventile schließen.
b) Manuelle hydroelektrische Steuerung
• Montage
- Den Griff auf einen Doppelwirkungshebel des
Schleppers setzen.
- Die Hydraulikanschlüsse des Schleppers an die Doppel-
wirkung anschließen.
- Die 12-Volt-Stromversorgung anschalten.
• Benutzung
- Die gewünschte Funktion per Schalter auswählen und
den Hebel betätigen.
- Zur Funktionsbestimmung siehe Schema.

Controls
a) Manual hydraulic control
The DPA XL requires two single-action connections to the
tractor:
One single-action connection for raising and lowering the
DPA XL wheel.
Spreading is started by shifting the hydraulic control lever to
the oil return position. It is stopped by applying pressure.
The arm lifting speed is to be adjusted with the flow limiter
placed beneath the connection hose.
One single-action connection with a control valve, located
at the rear of the tractor to control distributor shut-off.
• For LH side spreading only (RH distribution shut off)
- pull the blue lever,
- activate the corresponding hydraulic distributor of the
tractor (oil pressure),
- to spread to both sides, activate the tractor lever (oil
return) and push the blue lever.
• For RH side spreading only (LH distribution shut off)
- proceed in the same manner, but activate the red
lever.
Note: Before operating the two distributors, drain the hydraulic
circuit then close the valves.
b) Manual electro-hydraulic control
• Assembly
- Fit the handle on a double-action lever on the tractor.
- Connect the seed drill hydraulic connectors to the double-
action system.
- Connect the 12-volt power supply.
• Operation
- Select the function with the switch and operate the lever.
- See diagram for identifying the functions.
Commandes
a) Commande hydraulique manuelle
Le DPA XL nécessite deux branchements simple effet au
tracteur :
Un simple effet pour la levée ou la descente de la roue DPA XL.
La mise en route de la distribution se fait en plaçant le levier
de commande hydraulique du tracteur en retour d’huile.
L’arrêt se fait en mettant la pression.
La vitesse de montée du bras doit être réglée avec le limiteur
de débit placé sur le flexible de branchement.
Un simple effet avec vanne de commande, située à l’arrière
du tracteur pour la commande de débrayage des
distributeurs.
• Si vous voulez épandre seulement côté gauche (débrayage
de la distribution droite).
- Tirer sur le levier bleu,
-
actionner le distributeur hydraulique du tracteur
correspondant (pression d’huile),
- pour épandre avec les deux côtés, actionner le levier du
tracteur (retour d’huile) et pousser le levier bleu.
• Si vous voulez épandre seulement le côté droit (débrayage
de la distribution gauche),
- procéder de la même façon, mais en actionnant le levier
rouge.
Remarque : Avant la mise en fonctionnement des deux
distributions, bien vider le circuit hydraulique puis fermer les
vannes.
b) Commande électro-hydraulique manuelle
• Montage
- Mettre la poignée sur un levier double effet du tracteur.
- Brancher les raccords hydrauliques du semoir au double
effet.
- Brancher l’alimentation électrique en 12 volts.
• Utilisation
- Sélectionner votre fonction avec l’interrupteur et agir sur
le levier.
- Voir schéma pour le repérage des fonctions.
