Do Not
remove the threaded nipple supplied with the ejector or change the diameter of the orifice in the
actuating end of the unit. The double acting ejector is “balanced” and must have the special nipple and
proper orifice size to function properly.
Heated Unit
models 900-1063 and 900-1066 have either a 60-watt, 12-volt or 24-volt self-limiting
heater element embedded in the body of the ejector. One wire (either one) should be connected to the
“hot” side of the ignition and the other wire grounded.
Preventive Maintenance
To assure proper operation and long life of your STEMCO Moisture Ejector, the compartment on the blue
actuating end of the unit should be cleaned out at least once in the fall of the year.
This is accomplished by simply removing the actuating air line fitting (blue end) and “blowing-out” with
an air hose and nozzle or removing the blue actuating end cap and wiping it out.
