Maintenance
loNg-TerM STorage
For storage of the saw for over 30 days, the following is
required:
„ Drain the fuel tank completely, or add STA-BIL to the fuel.
„ Run the engine until the gasoline in the carburetor is
completely consumed.
„ Completely drain the oil from the crankcase and refill
with fresh oil.
„ Remove the spark plug. Pour 5 to 10 cc of SAE 30 oil
into the cylinder. Turn the engine switch to the STarT
position for a few seconds to distribute the oil. Reinstall
the spark plug.
„ Drain water from water tank and water lines.
„ Clean all external parts of the saw with a cloth.
„ Cover the saw and store in a clean, dry place.
