Troubleshooting
The following table describes some basic troubleshooting issues and possible fixes.
Reason Check Issue
Any pressed Emergency Stop will
prevent interlocks from being cleared. Is an Emergency Stop button
pressed? Cannot clear interlocks,
no apparent source for
the interlock.
Check if an E-Stop is pressed in the
fault status screen in TW.
The pump must be on to clear
interlocks. Is the pump on?
Any fault that is detected will prevent
machine operation. Generally, contact Is there a fault on either the Interface
indicator on the controller box or MTS
MTS technical support to troubleshoot.
Faults are reset when power is cycled. Criterion Series 60 logic indicator on

status.
The guard connector contains jumpers
