5.3. Tubing
Warning: Tubing:
At high working temperatures, the tubing used for temperature control and for
the cooling water supply represents a danger source.
A damaged tubing line may allow a large amount of hot bath fluid to be
pumped out within a short time.
This may result in:
 Burning of skin
 Breathing difficulties due to hot atmosphere
Safety instructions
 Use suitable connecting tubing.
 Make sure that the tubing is securely attached.
 Avoid sharp bends in the tubing and maintain a sufficient distance from
surrounding walls.
 Regularly check the tubing for material defects (e.g., for cracks), at least
once a year.
 Preventive maintenance: replace the tubing from time to time.
