Bring the diaphragms into a position in which they are in
contact with the housing and centred with respect to the
bore.

Lay pump down and support appropriately.
➨
Assemble head covers and valves.

Check for correct position (see also fig. below).
It is absolutely essential to comply with the positions and orientations of the
head covers and valves!
