38) Installation of 28. Relay Harness and 27. Clutch Switch.

Red wire (thick)

Ground wire.

With 6mm

round terminal.

Red wire (thin)
Ignition ON

Back wire (thin)
Ground wire to the engine
computer.

Yellow wire.

To the engine computer A
wire.

27. Clutch Switch

Blue wire (thin)

To the relay.

Blue wire (thin)

To the switch.

To the positive

battery terminal

With 8mm

round terminal.

Wiring diagram

Remove the engine control cover.

②

Connect the coupler from the 1.
Compressor with the coupler from the
28. Relay Harness.

③

Secure the 28. Relay Harness’s box at
the location shown in the figure using
the ①Flange bolt.

Install the red wire (6mm round
terminal) coming from the relay
harness’s coupler to the body earth
shown in the figure

⑤

Connect the red wire (8mm round
terminal) to the positive terminal of the
battery.

⑥

Bring in the blue wire from the relay to
the interior of the vehicle.

Cover the harness with the 35.

Colgate Tube and Install at a
location where it would not gent into
contact with the V belt pulley,
moving components, and extreme
hot area. (Use 33. lock tights S).

※

Be careful not to make mistakes in

connecting the wire connecting to
the battery and to the body earth
(ground).
