Caution The Kit with Product Number 10147

and 10148 come with two belts.

Use ①4PK1715 if the genuine belt is 4PK1180.
Use ①4PK1695 if the genuine belt is 4PK1170.

※

The sizes of the belts are printed at the back
of the belt.

Install the backside of the water pump at the
end.

※

Turn the crank pulley and loosen the 14.idle
Pulley’s and 15.Pulley w/ Rib’s center bolt・
nut if the 22.V Belt has difficulties installing.

Secure and tighten together as shown in the
figure the 1.Compressor’s harness stay.

35) Fully tighten the 15.Pulley w/ Ribs after

adjusting by giving tension to the belt.
