Remove the inner V-belt

Install 2 new V-belts
(MK Diamond Part No. 152028)

Verify the V-belts are seated in
the grooves of both pulleys

Tighten the Motor Adjustment
Strap to remove slack
(O)
Check V-belt tension
(proper tension 1/4”)
(P)
Repeat Steps N and O until
proper V-belt tension is achieved
(proper tension 1/4”)
(Q)
Tighten the motor
mounting bolts
(R)
Install the Belt Guard
