Blade Stops Turning
(D)
Remove the Blade Guard In-
take Fitting.
(A)
Check the ON/OFF Switch is in
the ON position.

Rod Cooling channels and
recheck flow.
(E)
Clean the Blade Guard Intake
Fitting.

Verify all plugs are fully
connected.
(F)
Locate the Blade Guard
Cooling Channels.
(C)
Check to see if the Ground
Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI)
is tripped.
"Rodding" cooling channels is performed by inserting a small wire rod through the
cooling inlet on top of the Blade Guards and directing the rod out through each of the
cooling flow tubes located on the underside of the Blade Guard. The cooling channels
should be "rodded" until all ports and free of foreign debris.
