MK-170 Tile Saw TROUBleSHOOTiNG
Blade will not cut properly
Cooling Flow
(A)
Check for Smoothness or
"Glazing" (Dress Blade if
needed).
(A)
Check that the Cooling flow
Adjusting Valve is FULL open.
(D)
Verify the blade is correct for
the material being used.
(B)
Check for proper rotation.
(B)
Remove the pump suction
screen and clean the Water
Pump of a all debris.
(C)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube from the Blade Guard
inlet. Inspect for blockage.
(C)
Ensure the Blade Core is not
bent and Arbor is not out of
round
