Splash Guard installation
Pre-start inspection
(A)
Install the Thumbscrew through
the Washer and Splash guard
then align to the hole found on the
hole found on back of the Blade
Guard and tighten.

Ensure the ON/OFF Switch is
in the OFF position.

Inspect the MK-170 for dam-
age - ensure the cord is free of
cracks or cuts.
(B)
Inspect the Pump Assembly of
damage - ensure the cord is
free of cracks or cuts.
(C)
Inspect the Diamond Blade for
damage - verify the blade is cor-
rect for the material being cut.
