5. From the Functional Area menu, select Authorization for System Admins.
6. Enter an explanatory subject.
7. Enter a detailed description of which user you want to designate as your
archiving administrator, and which archiving privileges you want Customer
Care to grant to that administrator.
8. From the Severity menu, make a selection appropriate to your request.
9. Click Submit.
