The laboratory pilot primarily consists of a single-stage high-performance device for the continual
dispersal of liquids. Dispersal is based on the rotor-stator principle whereby an extremely fast rotor
(up to 13790 min

) with very narrow crevices rotates in a stator. This produces great shear power
between the rotor and the stator. The system, which comprises a rotor and stator, is also known as
a generator. The appliance can be adapted to the respective dispersal task by using generators
with teeth of varying thicknesses. The different generators must always be used in pairs.
