Using a 17mm socket or wrench, install and tighten the main bolt to
approximately 45ft-lbs.

Using the M6x25 bolt (preloaded with blue Loctite), fasten the u-bracket to
the main bolt. Keep this loose, as you’ll adjust it in a bit.
5.
Now, using the other two bolts (pictured above) and your 5mm hex wrench,
install the license plate bracket. You have a ton of adjustability here, so select
the orientation that you prefer and tighten both bolts. Lastly, make any
angular adjustment that you desire and tighten the center bolt.
