Printing Reports
Fax machine Settings and Activity
You can print the following lists and reports:
Choose to print a Transmission Verification
Report after each fax you send.
Journal lists information about the last 15 (FAX-
235/236) or 30 (FAX-335MC) incoming and
outgoing faxes. TX means Transmit; RX means
Receive.
Lists names and numbers stored in One Touch and
Speed Dial memory, in numerical order.
QUICK-DIAL LIST (above), alphabetically.
Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP, SETUP
RECEIVE, SETUP SEND, PRINT REPORTS,
MISCELLANEOUS, and SETUP MSG CTR
(for FAX-335MC only).
Lists summary information and amount of
memory in use.
To Print a Report

Press Function/Set , 7 .

Enter the number of the report you want to print. For example, press 4 to print the
TEL.INDEX.

Press Start .
4
Press Stop to exit.
For the Activity Report, also press or to select PRINT REPORT.
