FACTORY SETTINGS
This menu allows setting all the functions for correct machine mainte-
nance.
This function allows restoring all factory settings.
Note: This section allows you to restore the factory settings
relative to the machine menu personal settings.

DESCALING
BREW GROUP CLEAN
This function allows you to perform the descaling cycle (see
page 53).
This function allows you to perform the wash cycle for the
Brew Group (see page 50).
START CLEANING

WARNING CLEANING
ON
This function activates the display warning mes-
sage indicating that the machine needs a Cappuc-
cinatore cleaning cycle.
The warning message is disabled.
The warning message is active. The
message is displayed when the machi-
ne needs a Cappuccinatore cleaning
cycle.
This function starts the Cappuccinatore cleaning
cycle as described in the relevant section.
CAPPUCCINATORE CLEAN
This function allows you to perform the wash cycle for the
Cappuccinatore and/or Thermos used to prepare the milk-
based beverages (see page 45).
Note: This cleaning procedure is fundamental for correct
maintenance and operation of the Cappuccinatore and/or
Thermos.
