Viewing vehicle acoustics with/
without equalizer
You can view the determined values for the
vehicle acoustics. When viewing the set-
tings, you can select between the equalizer
view without equalization ("PRE EQ") and
with equalization ("POST EQ").
Press and hold the AUDIO button
:
for longer than two seconds.
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "USER EQ".
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label of the equalizer to be viewed.
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "ADJUST".
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "MANUAL".
You can view the settings of the equalizer
separately for the front and the rear loud-
speakers.
Note:
If you already changed the graphical
equalizer manually or if you have not yet
performed a calibration, the softkeys
described below cannot be selected.
If you want to select the view of the equal-
izer
without equalization,
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "VIEW PRE" on the left side of the
display for front or on the right side for
rear.
The setting of the equalizer is displayed.
If you want to select the view of the equal-
izer
with equalization,
press the softkey
5 with the display
label "VIEWPOST" on the left side of

The setting of the equalizer is displayed.
To exit the view,
press the OK joystick
8 or the AUDIO
button

Manually changing the graphical
equalizer
The automatically determined values of the
graphical equalizer can also be changed
manually.
press and hold the AUDIO button

label "USER EQ".
Press the softkey

label of the equalizer to be set.
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "ADJUST".
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "MANUAL".
You can adjust the equalizer separately for
the front and rear loudspeakers.
Press the softkey
5 with the display
label "FRONT EQ" for the front loud-
speakers or "REAR EQ" for the rear
loudspeakers.
The settings of the graphical equalizer are
displayed.
To select the frequency,
press the joystick
8 left or right until
the desired frequency is displayed.
Set the level for the frequency by mov-
ing the joystick
8 up or down.
