View a Phonebook Entry

In idle:
tPress and

/ to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then press to access the phonebook.

/ to select the desired phonebook entry.

tPress and

/ to select “VIEW“.

tPress and

/ to review the name, number and ringtone of the selected phonebook entry.

Note:
If the number is more than 12 digits, press

to view the remaining digits.

Edit a Phonebook Entry

In idle:

/ to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then press to access the phonebook.

/ to select the desired phonebook entry.

/ to select “EDIT“.

tPress to display the current name.
tEdit the name and press .
tEdit the number and press .
tPress

/ to select the ringtone and press to confirm.

Delete a Phonebook Entry

In idle:
tPress and

/ to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then to access the phonebook.

tPress

/ to select the desired phonebook entry.

tPress and

/ to select “DELETE“.

tPress to confirm, and the entry will be deleted.

Delete all Phonebook entries

tPress and

/ to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then press to access the phonebook.

tPress and

/ to select “DELETE ALL“.

tPress to display “CONFIRM?“.
tPress to confirm. All entries will be deleted and the display will show “EMPTY“.

Check the Phonebook Usage

You can check how many phonebook entries are stored in your handset and how many phonebook entries
are available for you to store in the phonebook.
tPress and

/ to select “PHONEBOOK“ and then press to access the phonebook.

tPress and

/ to select “PB STATUS“.

tPress to display how much of the phonebook is being used, for example “14/50 USED“ means 14

entries are stored out of the total 50 available spaces.

Using the corded base:

Add a new entry

In idle:

1. Press to show “PHONEBOOK“.

2. Press then / to show “ADD“ .

3. Press and the display will show the cursor at the beginning of the name position.

4. Key in the name using the digit keys (maximum 12 characters). If you make any mistakes, press to

delete the last character.

5. Press and the cursor will move to the number position.

6. Key in the number using the digit keys (maximum 24 digits). If you make any mistakes, press to delete

the last digit.

7. Press to show “MELODY 1“.

Use / to scroll through the melodies (there are 10 melodies to choose from).

8. Press to confirm the melody and store the entry in the phonebook.
