Information Notification and Command
Mail Support
The settings for the counter notification, for the device status
notification, for the server information notification and for the
command mail support will be specified here.

Double-click the E-Mail Function/Server icon (single-click in HTML
mode).
If you are using a Java mode and the Server Setting menu tree is not
expanded, double-click the following icons: Server Setting
→
E-Mail
Setting
→
E-Mail Function/Server .
Specify settings for the following in the E-mail Function Setting
section.
• Note that you need to configure mail settings before you can use
these functions. See “6.12 Specifying E-Mail Transmission/
Reception Settings” (p. 63) for more information.
