6 Configuring PageScope Net Care Settings

To add settings used with a search for devices
compatible with SNMPv1

In the

SNMP Setting

section of the

Discovery Setting

screen,

click the

Add

button beside the

SNMPv1 Table

. The

SNMPv1

Setting

screen appears.

Type the settings into the

Read Community Name

and

Port

Number

boxes.

Click the

Apply

button. To cancel the operation, click the

Cancel

button instead.

To remove settings used with a search for devices
compatible with SNMPv1

Select the

Select

check box to the left of the settings that you wish

to delete from the

SNMPv1 Table

, and then click the

Remove

button.

In Java mode, a message appears, requesting confirmation to
delete the settings. Click the

button to delete the selected

settings. The confirmation message does not appear in HTML
mode.
